Your clients have Medicare questions.
We have the resources you need to answer them.

Add value to your relationships by addressing your clients' requests for Medicare guidance. You don't need to become a Medicare expert to help them, because we offer resources you can rely on.

Nationwide® teamed up with the National Council on Aging (NCOA) to create an unbiased tool to help clients sort through their Medicare options. It's called the NCOA My Medicare Matters® tool brought to you by Nationwide.

The tool allows you to play a helpful role without walking your clients through every step of the enrollment process.

How the tool works

  • You create an account on the My Medicare Matters portal, which will house your dashboard and clients' journey status
  • You enter a client's email address; they receive an invitation to use the tool
  • Your client clicks on the link in the invite, connecting them to the tool
  • Your client learns about Medicare coverage, costs and enrollment; they take an assessment to receive personalized cost information
  • Your client can choose to be contacted by a Medicare broker as part of their journey
  • Your client completes Medicare enrollment and that update is reflected in their status on your dashboard
  • You have a second opportunity to add value to the relationship as you account for your client's Medicare expenses in their retirement income plan.

Wondering what the client experience is like? Log in and invite yourself to use the tool.

This video shows how getting started is easy for you, and using the tool is easy for your clients.

A process you can trust

When using the tool, your clients will enjoy a professional experience. If the client provides consent, they will be contacted by an NCOA-approved Medicare broker, and you will be able to track their progress.
